About Us

National CSI World Leadership Training, Consulting & Executive Protection Group was established on March 1st, 1980 under the name of the National Concerned Officers Organization but changed its name once stepping onto the world stage overseas in 1991.  We are a national, international independent consulting and training company with over 40 plus yeas in the training and consulting business. We offer a wide range of hands on training and consulting on timely issues to our clients. Our training is professionally given and our rates are reasonable and affordable with todays market.

Our training meets all the national and international industry standards. Our team of professional men and woman are committed to excellence and professionalism.

Four professionals came together in 1980 who felt that youth violence, gang violence and community violence was being largely ignored by those in positions of authority, leadership and power. They stepped outside their professional career to address these concerns and today they are one of the most sort after consulting firms in the United States and overseas.

Raising a child is one of the most gratifying jobs you’ll ever have and one of the toughest. Try as you might to be the best parent, teacher, educator, religious leader, youth worker you can, our complex world challenges you every day with disturbing issues that are difficult for children to understand and for parents to explain. But explain we must, or we miss a critical opportunity.

Research shows that children, especially those between the ages of 8 and 12, want their parents to talk with them about today’s toughest issues, (drugs, texting, gangs, bulling, music, gay rights, racism, youth violence, smoking, boyfriend, girlfriend relations) including other timely topics.

Even when they reach adolescence, they want to have a caring adult in their lives to talk about these issues. In fact, those who have early conversations are more likely to continue turning to their parents as they become teens and young adults.

Violence in today’s world in the media, in our communities, and even in our schools, churches and community can make our children feel frightened, unsafe, and insecure. Kids are hearing about and often must cope with tough issues such as violence and gangs at increasingly earlier ages, often before they are ready to understand all the aspects of complicated situations. Yet, there is hope. Parents and other caring adults have a unique opportunity to talk with their children about these issues first before everyone else does, but you must tell and teach them the truth, no matter what.

Even in such complex times, parents have the ability to raise healthy, confident, secure children who know how to resolve conflicts peacefully and make smart decisions to protect themselves. Parents should talk with their children to help them learn correct information and to impart the values they want to instill.

National CSI was Established as an Organization to Counter Street Gangs and address timely issues and concerns

We use intelligence and consulting solutions to protect communities. Over the past 40 years, we have been working routinely to combat the issues of rising domestic terrorism in the United States and around the world. We aim to bring together communities and educate young people about the causes, consequences, and psychological manipulation that fuels domestic terrorism. We also advocate for preventive measures to fight the cases of teen terrorism. We work to protect vulnerable young children from the risks of falling into the trap of violence and terror. You know, young children and teens lie at increased risks of falling prey to the political agendas of terrorist communities and getting involved with them. In addition to this, young minds are easily manipulated and influenced emotionally.

We are working hard to regulate the sale and purchase of arms for young teens. Therefore, we conduct educational classes for at-risk youth and run campaigns for youth education about drugs and gangs. At National CSI World Leadership, Training, Consulting & Executive Protection, we look forward to schools, colleges, and other organizations coming together and working with us to eliminate domestic terrorism and safeguard the future of our country. If you are someone who believes in our cause and would like to get involved, feel free to reach out to us at 732-889-6670 or 732-922-4525 or write to us at co3ga@aol.com.
