Yes, We've been helping youth and adults in crisis on a one-on-one basis for nearly two decade, dating back to the day we first opened our doors to gang members and ex-gang members. Iå ¡lways done it for free and very informally, usually via email or the forums, but sometimes by phone or in-person. Over the past five years we have been moving our business in this direction and have now formalize a structure. Now, because of the volume of requests we receive each day, their is now a fee for this service.

We have been in business since 1980 operating under the name of National Concerned Officers Inc. Which we still operate under. But we shorten our name so that it would be easier for people to put it in their data base and or on paper.

Regions

The National Concerned Officers CSI. has established five (5) Regional Officers across the United States. These locations operate somewhat independent of each other but do from time to time answer to the National Board of Directors. The Board has also established countless Districts and Zone Offices across the United States. The sole purpose of these locations is the sharing of reliable confirmed information and intelligence on a timely basis.

The locations shall be as follows:

1. North – Which covers the states of Maine, New Jersey, Pennsylvania,  Delaware, Maryland, and Hawaii.

2. Northeast – Which covers New York, Canada, Ohio, New   Hampshire, Vermont, and the Virgin Islands.

3. Southeast – Which covers the states of Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas and Louisiana.

4. Midwest – North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, West Virginia, Indiana, Missouri, Florida and Nebraska.

5. Southwest – Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.

6. Pacific – Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, California, Arizona, Utah, and Alaska.
